Presentation of Plaque by the Faramarzi Hemiyari Persian Speakers’ Association to Professor Ghulam Mohammad Mohammadi at His Residence in Kabul:
On Saturday, 19th of Azar, 1401 (December 10, 2022 AD), a group of intellectuals representing the Faramarzi Hemiyari Persian Speakers’ Association paid a visit to Professor Ghulam Mohammad Mohammadi’s residence in Kabul. This visit was organized to express gratitude and appreciation for Professor Mohammadi’s significant contributions in the fields of enlightenment, contemporary history revision, and safeguarding the rich Persian language. As a token of their admiration, they presented him with a plaque and a cash award of 50,000 Afghan Rupees.
It is noteworthy that Professor Mohammadi recently underwent a serious surgical procedure, and despite enduring pain and the unfortunate amputation of one of his legs due to cancer, his creative fingers continue to serve his people with undying energy. Presently, he enjoys good physical and mental health.
