The Farsi Action Foundation had the pleasure of holding a productive and insightful meeting with Ambassador M. Ashraf Haidari, Founder and President of the Displaced International Organization based in the United States.
During this important exchange, both parties discussed the challenges faced by displaced educated individuals—particularly in recent years—from Afghanistan to Europe and the United States. Key topics included the immediate needs of these individuals and the support required to help them successfully integrate into their new societies.
The meeting also focused on identifying effective avenues for collaboration in advancing education in Afghanistan and providing assistance to young, displaced, educated Afghans to continue their higher education abroad.
As a gesture of appreciation and cultural exchange, Professor A. K. Lalzad, author of the newly published book "Geography and History of Afghans and Afghanistan," presented a signed copy of his work to Ambassador Haidari. The Ambassador accepted the book with high appreciation and heartfelt thanks.
This meeting marks a meaningful step toward building collaborative efforts aimed at empowering displaced Afghans through education and community support.
